Some devices will not support Flac (free lossless audio codec) files. Download the free VLC media player so that you can listen to whatever you want
To play a track on a device that doesn’t support Flac audio files, the free VLC media player can convert it. VLC can be downloaded from Computeractive's website.
Click on Media and then Convert/Save. Click on Add and select the file to convert. Click on the down arrow on the Convert/Save button at the bottom of the window and click on Convert.
Click on the Browse button and select a location and name for your MP3 file including .mp3 at the end. Click on the down arrow in the settings section and click on ‘Audio – MP3’. Increasing the bit rate improves the quality.
Click on the icon with the spanner and screwdriver. Click on the Audio Codec tab and change the bit rate. Click on Save and then Start to convert the file.

Crashes every time, and far too complicated. Could not find any combination of settings to make it work!
