If you believe your account has been hacked and compromised, you can alert Facebook and use its wizard to try and regain control of your account
Q When I logged on to my Facebook account recently, a message appeared that said the account was temporarily locked. It allowed me to change my password and then I was asked to type in the answer to a security question. However, I was told that my answer was wrong and, after a few more attempts, that I had run out of tries.
Looking at my Facebook page from someone else’s computer, it says that I have been playing poker – which I never have. So I suspect that the account been hacked and the security question changed.
There seems to be no way of contacting Facebook to speak to someone about this. Can you help?

recently got alert on my android phone that i must verify my facebook account, apparently opened with my e-mail address, but with incorrect forename. As i had never applied to join facebook i tried to use that wizard, but it just kept demanding i log-into account first, impossible as i don't have one! Just how can i get to see what that "bogus user" has put on under my name?
