I use Autocorrect in Word to quickly add a letterhead to a document. Start with a blank document and enter the beginning of the letter as you want it to appear with your name and address. Add a couple of line breaks at the end. Select all of the text. Click on the File button and the Word Options.

I wonder how many funtions Word has indeed. I think I've used about 5% of these.
