Use mailing list service, Mailchimp, to send regular emails to multiple addresses
Q I regularly send messages to hundreds of email addresses, which are stored in my address book. I use the blind carbon copy (BCC) field for this, so I can maintain everyone’s privacy. But I find it annoying to switch from the To to the BCC field each time. Can I make Outlook default to the BCC field?

A Before answering your question, let us draw your attention to a mailing-list service called Mailchimp. This is an online service designed for sending regular emails to lots of people. It may make mass email sending much easier. Prices start at $10 (about £6.50) a month, but it’s free when sending fewer than 12,000 individual emails a month to up to 2,000 recipients.
Otherwise, we’re not aware of a way to make any version Outlook default to using the BCC as the recipient field. If readers have a suggestion, let us know.
