Review: Sims 2 Glamour Life Stuff game

Cheap, good fun and plenty of humour in the latest add-on for the Sims 2

Another Sims pack arrives offering more tat for the ever expanding virtual world. While this might not be the most exciting news of the summer, there are some fun little items in Glamour Life Stuff here that embellish your little computer people.

As you might have guessed, the items in question are of a designer nature, from dazzling ball gowns to Warholian pop prints. They look fantastic and it’s great to see your humble abode spruced up to become the kind of pad you’ve always dreamed of.

Of course, part of the fun is inviting guests round to show off your extreme levels of wealth.

As this is one of the ‘Stuff’ packs, there isn’t actually new content, and as there is plenty of free download bits available online, Glamour Life Stuff might seem as ostentatious as some of the fur coats on offer. But it’s cheap, great fun and adds plenty of comic moments to the game.

The Sims 2: Glamour Life Stuff doesn't offer that much new content but at a tenner, it's a cheap way of adding something different to the game
