Digimask Head Wizard

The software you've always wanted. Create a 3D animated version of your own head.

As the latest games and films show, realistic 3D characters are digitally alive and kicking. But wouldn't it be fun to create a character that looked exactly like somebody you know?

Digimask's Head Wizard makes this a reality. Using two photographs of the subject, it compiles an animated 3D head. Once the head has been created it can wink, smile or even bulge.

The package can even write the results to a movie file that you can distribute to friends or embed into very personalised e-cards starring the subject of your Head Wizard project.

The software is surprisingly easy to use and generates impressive results, although we found it a little disturbing to see our disembodied heads spinning on the screen for the first time.

Once you have created and animated a head, there is little to maintain interest. If there were an option to import your head into your favourite game, it would be fun and have a useful application.
