Reduce the risk of exposing yourself to the dangers of the Internet with this useful software package.
We've said it many times - surfing the internet can be a hazardous pastime. Every time you send an email, connect to a website or engage in some instant messaging, you run the risk of exposing personal information to all and sundry. So what can be done about it? You can install a software sentinel like Aladdin Internet Cleanup, to keep an eye on things.
Internet Cleanup began life as a simple housekeeper, designed to eliminate the scraps of personal and private information that litter the hard disk of any PC that's regularly used for online activities. The program has now expanded its horizons and this edition includes more advanced features, such as an ability to block browser pop-ups and remove banner adverts from websites. The former function works just fine but the latter is hopeless.
We don't wish to detract from the core of Internet Cleanup 3, though, which is the automated clearance of internet-related clutter -at this, the program is superb.
