Kcorp KL-575 Wireless Gateway Router

Have you got more than one PC? Would you like to connect to each other? This gadget could be the solution you are looking for.

Although we don't expect the majority of our readers to have a home network, we do know that many have more than one computer and are interested in the idea of connecting everything together. Running cables all around the house is impractical, so why not go wireless?

If you use Wi-Fi to share files or an internet connection, employing a router greatly widens the possibilities. The Kcorp Wireless Gateway Router can connect to computers and broadband modems.

The manual is very thin with only basic instructions on how to connect the router to the PC. There is a CD with more instructions but unfortunately there is no help for the configuration screens - the trickiest part. Setting up the router for the first time can be done with a wizard but anything more complex will be difficult for inexperienced users.

As well as four connections for computers, there is a socket for a network broadband modem. In essence, this means you don't have to leave a particular PC switched on in order to access the internet or a printer.
