Music software for guitarists
Guitarists are often forgotten when it comes to music on computers, but Sibelius has their interests firmly at heart.
Music can be imported into the G7 software in several ways, such as attaching a MIDI instrument to your PC or scanning in a page of sheet music, which is then converted into digital music form. You can also import music saved as a text file. There are limitations as to what will be recognised but we found it much faster than starting from scratch.
The integrated Kontakt Player will save your music as an audio file that can be copied to CD. This is a great way to share your music. You can also upload songs straight to the web.
G7 is not cheap but it will allow you to construct professional guitar music. It's also a great tool for sharing work.
