Logitech K750 solar-powered wireless keyboard

Power your keyboard using the sun – or a desk light

Having a wireless keyboard is convenient, but eventually their batteries run out and need to be replaced.

Logitech's ingenious answer to this problem is to give its K750 keyboard solar panels that charge the batteries under light.

The slim keyboard has keys that are a little too shallow for our liking but they are big and well-spaced, and there is a full numeric keypad on the right of the main part. It includes a tiny USB adapter that plugs into the PC, with which the keyboard communicates.

Setup was easy and involved installing Logitech's software – the Solar App shows whether it's charging and how much juice is left. In our experience, there was more than enough charge under normal lighting for us to not have to worry about it.

There are special keys that give access to common programs and control playback functions but these are combined with the function keys so you have to press a button to access them. Most usefully the keyboard has a physical on/off switch to conserve power when it's not in use.

1st question have you inaeslltd the software for them?Logitech software can sometimes work without the supplied software but sometimes it doesn't.If you have another keyboard I would plug it in and go the Logitech site and check that you have the correct software and most up to date version.2nd question have you checked the software/mouse installation on your control panel. You could have the machine set for the previous/original mouse / keyboard that came with your machine.Next suggestion if you have the correct software and it is in theory corrected correctly try reinstalling the software.Hope the above helps
