Can’t open a file? Change it into something more accessible using Media Convert
With so many different programs and devices available, it’s no wonder that from time to time we discover we’ve got something that we can’t look at or edit or listen to on our favourite PC or portable music player.
Many programs offer a range of ‘Save As’ or ‘Export’ options, but they’re not always enough, and if that’s the case, a free online service such as Media Convert could be the answer.
It works like this: upload the troublesome file in its original format,
specify a new
format, tell the website to make the conversion and then download the newly
converted file.
Media Convert works with dozens of different file types from Word documents to video files and audio tracks. Here’s how to use it.
