The winners of competitions will be decided from all eligible entries that arrive by midnight of the competition closing date of Thursday 5th June 2008. No responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged entries. Proof of sending by email is not proof of delivery. In the event of any dispute the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry is permitted per household. The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than fourteen days after the closing date. No cash alternatives will be offered. The prize is one Dell Outlet Latitude D830 Notebook. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. Competitions are open to residents in the UK, who are over 18 years of age. Prize Draws are not open to employees of Incisive Media and their various affiliates, agencies, suppliers, sponsors and members of employees' immediate families. Prize draw entrants will receive further emails from Dell. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
