Making a screen capture in Windows is quite simple, just press the PrtScn key and paste the resulting picture into software like Paint or The Gimp.

Mobile Devices can be a little bit tricky unless you use a utilty such as Magic SS.

Installation is simple, just run the download file with the PocketPC connected to the computer and all the files will be copied across automatically.

Magic SS assumes that you will be prepared to assign one of the PocketPC buttons to it. This is a simple change so it's easy to reverse after taking the grab.

To assign the button tap on the Start menu and then Settings. Tap on the Buttons icon. Select a button and then find Magic SS in the Button assignment menu. Once this is done, press the button to capture the screen. It won't capture menus. The capture screen gives the opportunity to name the image and select the file type and location. Tap on OK and the screen has been saved.
