The Zoho online office suite is a powerful tool but there are times when you might want to edit a document with Microsoft Word or Excel instead. It is possible to export documents or simply copy and paste the text but this plug-in from Zoho is a much better solution.

It works with Microsoft Word and Excel 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007. It will create its own toolbar in Office 2003 or will appear in the Add-Ins tab in the Office 2007 ribbon.

It will save your Zoho account details so there is no need to worry about having to remember the password.

We found that all of our Writer documents were available and the Open window gives information about the version number of the document and when it was last edited.

Once opened the documents can be edited and saved just as if they were on the local computer.
