In Word, the way to access a full list of keyboard shortcuts has changed with
each edition.
In Word XP and 2003, an eight-page list of keyboard commands is accessed as
follows. Open the Tools menu, point to Macro and then Macros.
In the list that appears select ‘Word commands’ from the ‘Macros in’
dropdown, then scroll down to select ‘List commands’ - now click Run.
In the List Commands dialogue box chose the ‘Current menu and keyboards
setting’ option, and click OK. This will generate in the current Word window a
list of all keyboard shortcuts to print or edit as required.
