If you alone have access to your computer, save time when starting Windows by
opting to be automatically logged in to your account.
Click on the Start button, type ‘netplwiz’ (without the quotes) and press
Enter. At the top of the dialogue box that appears, click to remove the tick
from the box labelled ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer’ and click on Apply. When prompted, enter your username and password,
click on OK twice and you will never again have to enter your password.
