T-Mobile has added the
Sony
Ericsson W880i mp3 phone to its services.
The slimline W880i is 9.4 mm thick, has a 2 megapixel camera and 16MB of
internal memory. It also comes with a 1GB memory card for extra expansion.
T-Mobile's customers can use the phone's shortcut keys to access the
company's Mobile Jukebox, which gives users the option to download full music
tracks with track ID. This is priced at £1 per track.
Those who are unsure of a song title or the name of the artist can record a
snippet of the song, which will be identified by the programme and sent back in
a text message – this is charged at the operator's standard message rate which
starts at 3p depending on the tariff.
In addition the phone gives full internet and email access through T Mobile's
web’n’walk
service; costs are dependent on the user's tarriff.
Prices for the phone depend on the contract chosen.
