Roxio Easy DVD Copy offers you a quick way to copy discs with a minimum of fuss. While you can use Windows to create CDs and DVDs, it is quite limited.

As you would expect from a program that performs just one task, the Roxio software is extremely easy to use. In Simple mode it's a case of selecting which drives to copy from and copy to. If you only have one optical drive in your computer, Easy DVD Copy will create an image of the disc on the hard disk before writing it to CD or DVD.

The Advanced mode offers further options. You can choose how many copies you want to create and what write speed you want to use. You may think that writing at full speed is always the best option but copied discs sometimes work better in players if they have been written at a slower speed.

Roxio Easy DVD Copy is a basic product but if all you want to do is copy discs, it's far cheaper than the full version of Roxio Creator 7. And since it's only focused on one job, it's also extremely simple to use.
