Solving a sticky spellcheck issue
Q I have a hyperlink in a Word 2003 document that I can’t
edit. It produces the linked picture when I click on it, but I want to change
the target. Right-clicking just shows the spelling checker options but no ‘Edit
Hyperlink’ menu.
Mark Norden
A This is because the spelling checker context menu is taking precedence over the hyperlink menu. If you right-click, then ‘Ignore All’ in the former, you will find that a subsequent right-click will return the hyperlink menu items.
