Internet package with a decent monthly cap
I have not had any problems with my broadband account, apart from some initial confusion in getting me the correct modem.
The few times I have had to contact customer services they have been very helpful and the problem has been solved quickly. The only complaint I would have is that the customer services line is only open during office hours.
The connection is good generally, although sometimes you can tell that it's running a little slower than usual. There haven't been any periods of scheduled non-service and, apart from the slightly slower connection speeds at times, the service has been smooth.
I haven't exceeded my monthly cap, which is 10GB, and this is easy to check via the members’ area on the Freedom2surf website. Usage details (inbound and outbound) are updated every morning, so you can follow your download statistics and see how close you are to reaching your monthly limit.
There's no set up fee, and its monthly price of £25 is pretty good for what you get.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service. Ideally I would like to find a slightly cheaper package, but since I've hardly had any problems with my account, the higher price doesn’t seem so bad.
