Reliable broadband with no down time

Zen’s service was easy to install. After providing its customer service team with my details, I was quickly sent a Netgear wireless router and my broadband service was up and running within a week.

Zen emailed me all the technical information I needed to set up the service and the guide to installing was both clear and easy, meaning I had no trouble in getting online.

I’ve had downtime on a few occasions, but this turned out to be to due to the wireless connection on my laptop being lost, not the service. My housemate, who also connects to the service via a cable, has had no downtime.

The connection is generally fast and I found the set up and levels of service impressive. I've therefore had no reason to contact Zen’s technical support team. Another plus is that there is no monthly usage cap.

On the downside though, this is one of few services in our test charging a set up fee, and at £47, it is expensive. This service also has the most expensive monthly fee, charging £34.99
