Simple clear advice in plain English

About

Computeractive provides simple, clear advice about computers and the internet.

Our aim is to make home computing accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or technical ability. We do this by demystifying computers and explaining their potential benefits.

We avoid jargon wherever possible, but when an explanation of abbreviations and technical terms is unavoidable, we provide readers with a Jargon Buster.

Computeractive has been approved by the Plain English Campaign.
