The amusingly named Dr Tag has just about all the advanced features going when it comes to tag editing, and then some.
With a built-in audio player, CD burner and multi-file save/edit support (MP3, WMA and Ogg), it also boasts impressive functionality on the tag-editing and music management front, allowing you to mass-edit and auto-edit tags, and restructure directories. And it has support for both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags.
Like ID3-TagIT, the software closely resembles Windows Explorer, with a folder tree on the left and the file listing on the right. It's relatively simple to get up and running, even if the sheer number of features available makes the learning curve steeper than some similar programs.
