NeT Firewall is positioned somewhere between a personal firewall and a more powerful professional firewall.

It certainly isn't for the average user, as it needs a little tweaking before it can be used. Wizards are included for creating rules etc, but it really does require some knowledge of firewall operations.

It can be set to various security levels from allowing everything, to blocking everything. Individual settings can be applied to local or wide area networks, should you require.

Comprehensive logging is available, along with a summary screen for instant analysis of blocked and accepted packets (traffic).

Trojan protection comes as standard, and it will monitor the behaviour of installed or downloaded files to ensure that nothing gets past.
